The Hoosier Healthwise Helpline serves as the central point of information on all aspects of the Hoosier Healthwise program. Hoosier Healthwise Helpline Representatives are available to assist members, potential members, and providers Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m at 1-800-889-9949.. The purpose of the Helpline Representative is to provide program information and education; address callers’ questions, concerns, and issues; assist members with provider and/or network changes; and make referrals to other resources as appropriate.
