The core responsibility of the Enrollment Center Benefit Advocate is to establish, educate, and maintain Hoosier Healthwise Enrollment Centers throughout the state. They provide program material to the Enrollment Centers as well as oversee their productivity. Enrollment Center Benefit Advocates also educate members and potential members about the Hoosier Healthwise program and how to access services, assist them with the selection of a Primary Medical Provider (PMP), and provide limited case management to members. The Enrollment Center Benefit Advocates act as a resource person for potential members, members, Division of Family Resources staff, providers, and other community or social service agencies.
