The EPSDT Program called HealthWatch is a preventive health care program to improve the overall health of children. EPSDT stands for Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment. It is a service which is available to every Hoosier Healthwise eligible child under age 21. EPSDT has two parts: screening (or well-child check-ups) and treatment. EPSDT/Well Child Care
